"Refund took way too long"
I ended up returning my order, and the refund process was slow :/ They did respond when I emailed, so I’ll give them that, but it still felt like I had to keep chasing for updates. It took way longer than I expected to actually get my money back. Not the absolute worst experience, but definitely frustrating… I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve that part

"My order had a small issue…"
My order had a small issue, and I ended up having to message support twice, which made me feel kind of trapped waiting around for an answer. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but they did fix the problem and handled it fairly. Overall, I’m still happy with how it turned out.

"Delivery went just as expected"
I ordered from shopcoveusa.com and, it went pretty much the way I’d assume a smooth order should go. The package showed up when they said it would, the tracking made sense, and there were no random delays or issues along the way. Based on how these things usually go, I was half expecting at least some kind of hiccup, but everything stayed on track. No complaints from me

I was able to check out eventually, but the whole thing felt a bit clunky. A couple of the pages took longer to load than I expected, and I ended up going back over my details before paying just to be sure. Nothing major actually went wrong, and I got the order placed fine, but compared to some others I’ve used, it wasn’t the smoothest. Average overall.

"Sizing Felt Off"
I ordered my usual size from Shop Cove USA, but it ended up being way tighter than I thought it would be from the size chart. The length was also shorter than I expected, so on me it just kind of looked weird and not in a good way. The quality was fine, like nothing horrible or anything, but the fit was really the issue. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the sizing info gets fixed or made more clear

"Honestly really happy with it"
I didn’t have super high expectations, but this ended up being really nice. The material feels good and not flimsy or cheap at all, and the stitching is clean. I’ve used it a few times already and it still looks brand new. For the price, I’m definitely impressed. It’s solid, comfy, and thankfully didn’t have any weird smell. I’d totally buy it again.

"Order Was Accurate, Just a Bit Slow"
I ordered from shopcoveusa and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. The sizes were right, the colors matched, and nothing was missing, so what more can you really ask for? Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but at least the order itself was correct. Overall, good experience.

"Photos looked better than the real thing"
I ordered this because the product photos looked really nice and clean. But when it showed up, it was a little different than I expected. The color seemed off, and the material looked cheaper in person. Maybe it was just the lighting in the pictures, but it made the item look nicer than it actually is. Shipping was fine and nothing arrived damaged, so it wasn’t a total bad experience. I just wish the photos were more accurate to the real product.

I ordered from Shop Cove USA on Monday night and wasn’t expecting anything too impressive, but my package was already on the move by the next morning. It arrived in 3 days, which was actually faster than a couple of bigger stores I’ve used recently. Tracking updated normally the whole time too, with no random gaps or confusion. Overall, I’m happy it didn’t just sit around forever. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try if their shipping stays this quick

"Product was fine, Return was kind of a hassle"
I ordered from shopcoveusa and the product itself was Totally fine, no real issues there. The annoying part was trying to return it. It took a bit to get a clear response, and I ended up having to pay for the return shipping myself. I did get my refund eventually, but it was definitely slower than I expected

I had to exchange my order because the size wasn’t right. It did get sorted out in the end, so that was fine, but the replies were kind of slow and once I had to follow up myself. Not awful or anything, just the whole process felt not very smooth. 3 stars seems fair to me.

"Slow pages and checkout issues"
